IT HAS A NICE SILVER WASH AND FEATURES THE "STATE CAPITOL, HARRISBURG, PA." RAISED IN RELIEF IN A SHIELD SHAPE! IT HAS CERTAINLY BEEN USED AND THERE IS WEAR TO THE SILVER FINISH.
