    This Pocket Mirror was a promotional give-away that advertised H.S.B & Co. Cutlery and Tools.  At about 2.75 inches by 1.75 inches, it is made of glass with a metal frame.  It has surface wear, scuffs, discoloration, and scrapes, as shown in photos.  This company was in business in Chicago from the late 1800's through the first half of the 1900's, and it developed the True Value hardware brand name.
