Pre-owned condition with some wear, marks, scuffs and scratches to the case.  The mirror looks to have one small chip on one corner. Please see pictures.
This is an advertising piece from UCB United Carolina Bank in North Carolina that existed from 1980-1997, when it was merged with BB&T.  This is a great piece of NC Banking history.
